Couldn't even imagine slowing down my drinking never mind stopping it all together. It seemed my whole identity revolved around my ability to drink. It was only after regaining my ability to keep my word to myself that I realized how ridiculous my behavior was, and how much I had been ruled by fear. I'm based in the UK and have been binge drinking for many years. I have tried many times to break the cycle but have never managed to succeed. This is yet another attempt to do something about it. However its the first time I've really truly wanted to do something about it and its the first time I've really started trying to work on a solution so I've been reading alot about it. I find it all quite scary trying to change my life and its early days. How did you find it initially?
